About us

A neighborhood practice, established 1978.

Our history

Broadway Medical Clinic was established in 1978. For nearly five decades it has served families across Garland and the wider Dallas metroplex, and many of the people who walk through the door today have been patients for twenty or thirty years.

We've stayed deliberately small. There's no phone tree that takes six minutes to get through, and the person who answers usually recognizes your voice. When you come in, you see your doctor — not a rotating cast.

Medicine has changed a great deal since 1978. What hasn't changed is that good primary care depends on someone knowing you well enough to notice when something is off.

How we practice

Four things we do differently

We take time

Appointments are long enough to actually talk. If something needs more than a rushed ten minutes, we make room for it.

We keep the lab here

Blood work is drawn on site, so you're not making a separate trip to a facility across town.

We coordinate the rest

When you need a specialist or imaging, we make the referral and follow up on what comes back. You shouldn't have to be your own case manager.

We see the whole family

From age one to a hundred and twenty. Children, parents and grandparents in the same practice — which is how we end up with three generations of one family on the schedule.
